David Warner, the Titanic & Omen actor, died at the age of 80.

David Warner, who appeared in movies such as The Omen and Tron, death of cancer at the age of 80.

His family expressed their "overwhelming sadness" just at news.

In James Cameron's 1997 movie Titanic, Warner played Billy Zane's malevolent sidekick Spicer Lovejoy.

In Mary Poppins Comes, he played the eccentric naval officer Admiral Boom.

Warner death on Sunday at Denville Hall, a care facility for celebrities.

"He faced his diagnosis with cancer over the last 18 months," his family stated in a message.

Warner frequently played the evil in movies such as The Thirty-Nine Steps (1978) & Time Bandits (1980). (1981).

Many will remember him as cameraman Keith Jennings, who met an untimely end in 1976's spooky classic The Omen.
